Hypno Intro

Offered twice per year. Next class is Saturday, December 7, 2024.
We will meet from 9:00AM till Noon.

(3 Hours)     $25.00

Would you like to be a Professional Hypnotist?

The Hypno Intro class is designed to provide a basic understanding of what a hypnotherapist does. You will learn what hypnosis is and how you can use it to accomplish positive changes in your future clients. According to interest, I can also talk about stage hypnosis.

We will discuss the state of hypnosis and how it is a natural part of being human. Also covered is how hypnosis is used as a way of communicating with the client's subconscious mind, which is the most powerful part of the mind.

And finally we will talk about how to get into the hypnotic state. Various types of inductions will be described. And possibly a demonstration.

This class is just a small window into what is a satisfying and rewarding profession. Also, if you have thoughts of taking the certification class, this short seminar will give you a brief preview of some of the things that will be taught in the class.

* Oklahoma does not offer or require state licensure to be a hypnotherapist, but there are organizations who offer training and certification. The National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), the oldest and largest organization of its kind, offers various levels of certification. The Guild is dedicated to the practice of hypnotism as a profession. They have requirements not only of the educational background, but also professional behavior. Once certification is received, the hypnotist is requested to obtain 15 hours of Continuing Education annually to maintain that certification. Also, successful completion of our certification class includes a one-year membership in the NGH.
